I've heard that the combo of kale and young coconut juice is great for cleansing the blood. But even if you don't do both, it would help with getting kale in. <br /><br />Downside is that it's not so hot anymore, and even though we still eat smoothies through the winter, if your treatments are making you cold anyway, you may not be.
