Add a dash or two of ginger and let it cook. Yummy!!!<br /><br />We had a garden when I was a teen and the only thing that would grow was tomatoes and squash (the soil was too acidic for anything else, apparently). Stir in the squash and cover, so it can steam a bit. Stir occasionally until it reaches desired tenderness.<br /><br />Last night I made kabobs with chicken, sausage, and chunks of zucchini, on the grill. Sprinkled it all with some salt and pepper.
