Recipes I Want To Make This Week

A delicious, easy, salty, crunchy & healthy snack.  Soak rice overnight, drain and put into a hot skillet.  Let roast and it 'pops' and turns golden brown!

I'm out of these oatmeal pucks, time to make some new ones.  I love having a freezer full of these, much cheaper than buying them.

Although our weather is still quite hot, I'm in the mood for some fall comfort food.  This soup sounds wonderful and is a great source of plant protein.

I have sweet potatoes and quinoa, so I guess I'm destined to make this yummy looking dish.  I love that quinoa is a complete plant protein & sweet potatoes are my fav!

Now THAT looks awesome.  We must have salmon this week.  Must.

Better than takeout fried rice?  Ok.  Yes, please.

Whole Wheat Honey Banana Muffins. My kids devour these, and this recipe makes a TON!

Breakfast Banana Sushi!  Banana, peanut butter & rice Krispies!

Two Minute Mug Brownie--for a late night chocolate craving.  No need to make a whole pan!

  4. YUM! And thank you for pinning my book on your "Books" board, Amy. Blessings to you - it's pediatric cancer awareness month, and I hope the book will raise some awareness!
