My Goals For This Coming Week:

Why, I think I am going to take a week off!

I have enough normal, everyday stuff to do around here and last week was crazy.

Last Week's Goals Accomplished:

~update daughter's Etsy shop with her new product (link above)

~get out spring/summer clothes

~help daughter finish science fair project

~make dr appointments

~call plumber

~clear out garden/add compost

~start seedlings

~organize recipes on blog

~write book review

Author Karen Gerstenberger is giving away one copy of her book called "Because of Katie."

This giveaway is one that is super close and dear to my heart.  An important real life story of a girl named Katie, and her cancer diagnosis.  The book takes you through her story, from diagnosis, treatment, surgery, recovery, relapse and beyond.  It is a story by her mother, Karen Gerstenberger, told as only a Mother could.

I read it and could not put it down.  I am so grateful to Karen, for sharing this with us here at New Nostalgia!
