I think the raspberry is pretty much perfection, just how it is.
But when I saw this idea on Sasha Libby via Pinterest, I knew my girls would have a blast stuffing raspberries with white chocolate chips and popping them in their mouths. They did..:)
Cute, huh?
These would be great at a Valentines Day brunch or a fun 4th of July snack.
My girls called them candy.
That made me happy.

mmmmmmmm nummmy. Definitely going to giving these a try
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Is that your kitchen on your header?? It's beautiful. I want on just like it. :)
ReplyDeleteI do want to know that too. I pinned the same it. All one loved them as well.
ReplyDeleteOh we love doing this with dark chocolate chips as my crew doesn't care for "fake" chocolate as they like to call white chocolate. :) I had never seen anyone else do it and thought we were being so original! LOL (nor did I ever think to blog about it, bad blogger... ha ha!)
ReplyDeleteThis is really a fabulous idea. I'm going to have to give them a try. This is my first visit to your blog, so I took some time to browse through your earlier posts. I'm so glad I did that. You've created a great spot to visit and I really enjoyed the time I spent here. I'll definitely be back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
ReplyDeleteThese look heavenly. I can't wait until our raspberry bushes produce this summer! Maybe I'll have to splurge on some out of season berries and try it now.
ReplyDeleteI have a raspberry loving friend and this will be perfect for Valentine's Day.
ReplyDeleteI have a question after you make them where do u put them? If you put them in the refrigerator, the white chocolate chips will become harddd...! Please answer back!

ReplyDeleteSo I made these and they are absolutely delicious! I was wondering if anyone figured out how many calories the were per piece? The white chocolate chips are 70 calories per tablespoon, but I couldn't really figure out per piece.
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious! I love the combination of white chocolate and raspberry. I would so love to try these.
