100 Subscribers!

I started this blog three months ago, never really expecting anyone but close friends and family to care enough to read it.   Today, I hit 100 subscribers!  I know that is considered a small following in blog-land, but I am thankful, honored and pleasantly surprised!
I am NOT a writer, do NOT have "impeccable grammar" (Luke:)), and do not often feel that interesting--but-- you keep reading and subscribing!  What a compliment.


I have loved having a creative outlet, and I love that the blog captures our life's memories, sort of like a journal but much more fun!  I have really loved getting to know other blog authors (they are so inspiring!) and have LOVED, LOVED getting to know you all through your kind comments and encouragement.


I have had many of you ask what it means to "subscribe" to a blog, and what a reader is.  I'm so bad with explaining anything technical with the computer (I've taught myself how to blog by lots of google "how-to" searches, lots of hit and misses, and a few..ok..a bunch..of phone calls to my very talented sisters).  When I saw a post really well written on this subject, over at The Nesting Place, I was relieved that I could just direct you there.  While you are there, look around.  This is one of my most favorite blogs online, her blog is beautiful, and she has so many great decorating tips.
